this is such a great story!but to make it even better, i think you should add a chapter about Abby's and Pierre's wedding...just like the one you did for Belle and Phillip in the sequel!

That was a beautiful story, and I just wanted to let you know what a great read that was. It had a very interesting plot, and a wonderful storyline with characters that you described wonderfully. That was the perfect ending, even with the sad finalizing of some characters. Thanks for making the effort to write this!

I started reading this about a year ago and for some reason I abandoned it. But now, I've found it again and spent hours (though with breaks in between) of my weekend where I should really be writing an AP essay reading it. I love this story and was so happy that Abby ended up with Pierre, he was so right for her. I was sad for Tholly, of course, but the romance between Tholly and Abby was to...physical attraction because all it seemed that they wanted to do was have sex, but that really doesn't make a love does it? Pierre fell in love with Abby in such a natural way, not a physical attraction, he liked her for who she was. That's why the end made me so happy, because Abby got the man she deserved! This is going on my favs, because I just love it!

Adding onto your thousand plus reviews does not seem like much... but your story is amazing. One of the best, if not the best stories I have read not just on fictionpress, but in real life too. Bravo. Bravo.

This is the most lovely story I have ever read, reduced me to tears. It well-reflects the rules by which we are all confined.

Pierre or Tholly, Tholly or Pierre? hahahahah tough decision eh? but i like them both, at first i was a bit shocked that after all this time she gave up Tholly but then i should of seen it coming, right? hahaha anyway, i loved your story, it is really good! There's nothing I could say about this story that hasn't already been said. It's a wonderful twist on the classic 'Prince-falls-for-low-born-girl' romance. Ok, so low-born girl DID end up with Prince, but it was a much cooler Prince. I came into the story fully expecting Abby and Tholly but what you did was a pleasant deviation from a type of plot that had become rather standardized. It's absolutely sublime.
P.S. I went to your website and saw all your book recommendations. Nice. Very nice, but have you read the Lymond Chronicles? You probably have, or at least heard about it, but if you haven't, they're phenomenal.
