![]() ![]() ![]() Wait, so Mary the servant is 50 and is considered old? Wtf? My mum is 50 and she looks 40. People don't look that old at 50! |
![]() ![]() ![]() That's the biggest waste of time to read. Relevance 0. I also don't think anyone would actually write in their diary that detailed when they're only a kid. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've only read a few stories from you, but find that I am hooked to your writing and how you bring your characters to life. I just have one little question to ask. Why are some parts of your story written in italics? Other than that, I don't see any other issues and am eager to find out what happens further on into the story! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great work! I really liked this story! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Stories from the past are always interesting, and Elayne's mother sounds to be just as interesting. |
![]() ![]() ![]() How very interesting...I like this beginning. Elayne is an intruiging creature already. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I know nothing about the crusades, but I love the Middle Ages and I love when these things are fictionalized. I look forward to reading your story. |
![]() ![]() I'm am stoked. Really. As much as I hate tragedies, this was fabulous. It ended on a good note and I'm glad it ended the way it has. |
![]() ![]() ![]() wow. this was an awesome story. and you were only 14. |
![]() ![]() I'm so surprised you don't have more reviews and I can honestly say it IS one of the best stories I've ever read. It made me cry! Not even published novels make me cry as much as I did when I read this. It was like a rollercoaster ride I wouldn't mind going on again, although it made me sad that Mortenez died, but to be honest it added to the wonderfusl story. I adore historical stories (even if they aren't historically correct) and I absolutely love this story so much! I praise you and your talent. One thing I really like is that your characters have flaws and I as the reader can see them As a little side note... I wanted to know... what happened to Claude? He seemed to disappear after he was kidnapped, whether this was intentional or not, I am not sure, but I am curious |
![]() ![]() Oh my goodness. You have no idea how much the story resounded in my heart. Ah... It's amazing. I loved it. In the beginning, it was a bit slow and hard to connect with, but with each chapter your ability to warm up to your characters grew and grew. By the end, I was having to hold back tears. I cannot believe you were fourteen when you wrote this. Unbelievable. Great talent. Someday, consider publishing- I believe you can make it. Excellent Work, Carrie |
![]() ![]() I would just like to mention that Mary Magdalene was not Jesus' mother, she was the one he drove the demons out of and forgave. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Simply excellent. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I adore this story! The characters are precious. But wait a second, but didn't you say earlier that Elayne was born during the Fourth Crusade? Then how could she be in her twenties during the Third? |
![]() ![]() None too bad so far! |
