Vallucast chapter 4 . 9/16/2014
Great writing... i've never enjoying war based story when they actually engaging in battle.. and mostly because the people intent on antagonizing the other too much. Have a good day
Errant chapter 8 . 8/23/2013
I'm really enjoying this, but I'm just finding it quite weird how little weight was given to "find out everything he knows" (including, like, military intelligence) before everything transitioned into "help him become more human."
Mell8 chapter 1 . 1/31/2013
I love this story! Usually I read it over on Distant Horizons, but for some reason your site is down. I'm glad the story is still available, because I reread it a lot.
Aknar Ishna chapter 7 . 4/14/2010
A mentalist is a type of stage magician.
Wolfofsummerbreeze on FF.net chapter 35 . 4/13/2009
Every time I read this I have to marvel at it. It is seriously one of the best works I've read online, definately competing with Tygati and Amaretto's combined Kidnapped series. It and it's bretheren are simply wonderful. Thank you again for letting all of us hitch a backseat on this amazing ride.

Much love

Seeker of Knowledge chapter 36 . 2/6/2009
awesome, awesome, awesome

however i would have liked to read about the reactions of the M-clones to the twins that look eerily similar.

one other thing to be mentioned is the lack of mention of females, Orsip mentioned they would be included in every job they were willing to take but we didn't see them in the story. however that is merely a personal nitpick and the story is fine the way it is :)

i think you have a way with words which draws the reader in and makes them reluctant to tear their eyes away

never stop writing

jshortcake chapter 35 . 12/24/2008
Dude. This was epic. And awesome.

I love Lancer- he's so cute! (And I nearly began crying a couple of times at the beginning because of Turner and his unfortunate demise...)

Haha, I just realized that in about ten minutes it is going to be Christmas and I should probably go to sleep... But I had to finish this. And tell you how much I liked it.

Okay, yeah, sleep now, presents in the morning. (happy holidays...!)

Wow. I finished this and the sequel and all I have to say is wow. And I so totally called Lin being the queen she/he is.
Escagirl chapter 35 . 8/22/2007
I swear, I have been glued to this almost the whole time. I admit I got distracted by my cute fuzzy pets and by food, but other than that I didn't stop reading!
leemya chapter 5 . 7/31/2007

jes'me chapter 1 . 12/11/2005
I just spent probably half the night reading this story, which by the way read like any good published science fiction novel I've ever read. Except maybe a little slashier. :D In other words, I have so little to complain/critique about that I simply won't. I was fascinated, intrigued, addicted. The slash was there, but oh boy, so was the plot. I started reading this story for the slash; but I assure you that if it had contained not a jot of anything over PG-13, I still would loved reading it because the story was just so good. I loved your implementation of the clone idea. The T's were my favorites, with the M's being a close second - and of course I liked the S's too. I look forward to reading the rest of the stories you've written for this universe. And, just to give you ideas that interest me...the backstory of the clone project and the Union, the future of the T clones - especially the T baby, the genetic consequences of the 'release' of the clones into reproductive society. Ooh, now I really want to continue with the sequel right now!

PassionObsession chapter 36 . 2/17/2005
Wow. So I've now spent God knows how many hours reading this story today. It's really amazing. I first discovered you when I read "Boots in a Flowerbed," and then moved on to "Into the Light," both of which I absolutely adored, but it's taken me this long to attempt to read this monster of a story, and I'm really really glad I finally did! I think you're an incredible writer and I look forward to reading the sequel now, though that may have to wait for another day! Anyway, just had to tell you that you kick ass.

(In addition to you kicking ass, Lancer definitely qualifies. He was easily my favorite character and he and Scott are the cutest couple. They're just fantastic.)
skibummat chapter 35 . 11/20/2004
