I'm also very into paranormal readings... I've been seeing a ghost in my room through a mirror for years.

I haven't been able to find the tear or 'portal' as you call it, but I've been able to keep the darker spirits at bay with a small pouch of obsidian I hang above my bed.

What methods would you suggest for finding the tear? The ghost in my room doesn't cooperate very well, though he hasn't shown any sign of violence towards my family.

All I've gotten is that his name is Revere. I'll have to tell you about him later.

Hi there! I am 12 years-old. I am also a writter on and I must say this is great! Umm, I don't completely believe in all the paranormal stuff. I hope that doesn't change you opinion of me :) You should really watch a disney show called So Weird, you remind of Phionna Philips on that show. But I try as hard as I can not to believe all this paranormal stuff is true, because I don't wanna believe it. But as hard as I try that kind of stuff seems to follow me everywhere. I always look for a logical explanation about all the weird stuff thats happened to me, but I can't ignore it anymore. So can ya possibly give me some help? Drop me a E-mail would ya? I can't believe I am saying this but do I have some kind of special aura that attracts spirits to me? hello ghost hunter the names jay when I was about 9 I lived in a house in pennsylvannia quite close to valley forge infact it was less then a mile, anyway our house sat at the bottom of a very large hill the house was well over a 130 yrs old when we bought it and was built in a strange pattern so that the basement was so much larger then the top part at least 20 ft in each direction yet it felt smaller then anyother room in our house now we didnt notice anything for a bout 2 months then it started to happen almost every night we were awakened to the sounds of guns going off in the small forest near our housenow at first wwe just called the police since we thought it might be just some juvinile dilequients but we never saw any lights or falshes just the sounds and screaming now this was freaky enough but then about 6 wkks after the sounds started we started seeing phantom lights light small orbs and what night exteremely bright but every time we went out here it would be gone and there would be no signs of anyone being there. just when we were ready to move it started to escalate until we started to se images of people walk on or lawn almost floating 20 or thirty to be exact this not only slightly frightened me but intriqued me to do some reasearch on the valley our hose was built in. it turns out that the a small company of britsh soldiers had set up an ambush in the woods and massacured around 20 colonial soldiers which helped explain alot of things and according to the current residents the ghost have started migrating in to the home they have been quite help ful my suprise according to the owners of the house "they can fix just about anything" when I asked them how they were able to convince the spirits to fix it they said that they didnt have to convince them "all we do is set it in the basement at night and grab it in the morning" which is very interesting at first I thought it was just reidual haunting of the area but now withthe occurances in the basement Im not sure. please email me your thoughts
