Umm yeah, no. Doesn't work like that. It's unhealthy and basically you'll just end up dying faster. Eat right and exercise. That's the best way. I've tried it; I know.

That is as real as it gets. I dont think a person could bear their soul anymore than that. It takes guts to admit to something that you are likely to keep secret. The comments that are concerned with help, I don't think they understand the piece. Most people can't admit to theirselves they have a problem, let alone write about it or admit it to the world...
I do disagree with "Its not the most beautifully written thing ever" I think it is perfect.
