Well, the plot's thickening, huh? As long as Mrs. Hastings can't force Desmond and Isabella together... the guy appears to love Madeleine; however, she seems to be very wary of this. Hmm.

Something about Caleb's non-proposal irritated me. You know that scene in "My Best Friend's Wedding" when they're on the boat, going under the bridge, and all the tension is building for her to tell him she loves him... And then they come out from underneath the bridge into the sun again and the moment's passed and you know things will never be the same again?

I kind of got that same feeling when Caleb was talking.

Maybe I'm just nuts. I want them to be together very badly, but I don't know if it's going to happen.
