Reviews for Virgin for Sale
XxXidiosyncraticXxX chapter 1 . 6/8/2003
This is interesting. But the 'for sale' bit really didn't make sense to me. See, to be for sale, there must be something to buy, and that would generally mean prostitution, but I have a sneaking suspicion that's not what you were talking about. But... it's a nice poem. Just a little confusing.

WE ARE NOT FOR SALE! THANX DAMAGED FOR TRYING TO DO WHATEVER IT WAS THAT MADE YOU WRITE THAT POEM... YOUR THE ONE WHO CALLED ME AN IDIOT FOR NOT LETTING HAPPEN THAT ONE FRIDAY... BUT I STILL LOVE YOU, WE BOTH DO.
BleedTrueBeauty chapter 1 . 6/6/2003
Its a little harsh but still interesting to read.

I'll bid 3 dollars and 43 cents!

ahhahhah

nah just kidding

hm

I'm actually proud of her for first swearing to celibacy (however you spell it) especially now that it's keeping her from making a big mistake. I love it when my past actions keep me out of trouble, even if I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get into trouble. ahahhaha

Aryaveiel Skycryer chapter 1 . 6/5/2003
Don't understand why she's "for sale", but okay. And the commas after "But" aren't necessary. But I want to meet this girl! It seems like no one is a virgin anymore. She is awesome. Even if she did break her promise to herself, which is disappointing, to even think of doing that and hold on for so long, is more than most people even consider. Tell her to keep trying.
Cianna Greenwood chapter 1 . 6/5/2003
Good poem. Again. I don't know anyone who has any actual plan to be a virgin 'til marriage. I respect people who do, though, even if they end up giving in. They, at least, try to do something almost impossible for anyone in our generation to do. Sex is encouraged more than it's discouraged in the media. On things like MTV2, which I happen to never watch, they have a whole - what is it? hour? - that they title "Videos to have sex to". Even if it is played around midnight, it's still there.

Err... right, sorry, little bit of a tangent there. Good poem. And, by the way, thanks for reviewing my poems. *beautific smile* (I wish...)
