Pretty realistic. Maybe you could describe some olfactory sensations? That might make the battle scene a little more interesting, while now, what you've got is tactical. Not that tactical is bad, but people are cool. ;
Maybe you could set up some more drama and get me more interested in the welfare of the characters?

It's short but it's good! I love the story of Little Round Top, and like how you picked your observer from a nearby regiment. Class. The pacing on the charge is good, too.
