everyone feels the pressure to do well, but i'm sure we all feel the same way when we get bad grades at some point in life.

Can feel the pain...and frustration..and how you're arguing and proving your point. I've never had that pressure, my parents just gave up on my grades...

there was one line that didn't really rhyme: "And go on about their scores...You only point out my flaws." u might want to fix that a little. but this was a nice poem. lovely

umm... well i can sorta relate, but on the flipside... i hate saying this, but i am smart, and i get tons of stick from people who dont really do as good as me - it really gets at me, coz i havent actually done anything wrong, just tryed hard! well, so i dont literally relate to this poem, but the emotions are only to familiar...

Well you sure are right about now being the only one to feel this pressure. My parents... OMFG! a 4.0 just isn't good enough for my dad if there's an A-... BLAH he NEVER had a 4.0 all through his school career so i say he should just SHUTUP... whatever... good poem... good topic choice... good job conveying your emotions.
