Wow. The conversations were hard to follow, I'm not going to lie. But the plot was heartbreaking and beautiful, and the closing statement was just great. Very nice.

I've had this on my favourite stories for a while so I probably should review. I found this a bit confusing in places but all the same it's one of my favourite pieces. I have honestly no idea why. For some reason the part about the wedding ring really touched me. Despite the WT? parts, it's really nicely written and some sentences are just so amazing. I think it's a pity you didn't post more on fp.

I like the concept and the overall effect of longing that this short story has, I think you did a good job.
