Reviews for In love
Manuel Fajar chapter 1 . 4/14/2005
Love is that feeling,

Makes you kind when all would hate,

Reprobate of sorts.

—¿Who can say what's right?

When life makes it all seem wrong,—

Love makes it all right.

—¿Is there just one way,

For love to express itself?

¿Or, a myriad?

—¿Why doesn't it fade?

All inks wear away with time,

Yet your love remains.

—Snagged & ripped love's cloth,

Yet I cannot entertain,—

Anything but quilts.

—That rose I gave Thee,

Thou preserved,—intact & straight,

Though brittle it stays.

—Cacophany—Songs,

¿How to understand their meaning,—

If it's not love's talk?

p.s. Hope you're well. Spring in Boston and New Haven is heavenly. ¿Where are the snows of Yesteryear? ;-)

SweetGrape chapter 1 . 8/19/2003
Basic and truthful telling of how you can love someone even when they hurt you- but no one else can understand it.

Not insightful or brilliant, but very soft and easy to relate to.
kep chapter 1 . 8/16/2003
That's sweet and is a point I'm sure most people can empathise with. Your expression is simple but nicely done, it really gets across the idea and emotions of the poem.
Unchained Soul chapter 1 . 8/14/2003
