I'm a sucker for happy endings. There was a guy like that in my life. Only he wasn't a neighbor, he was a classmate. I really liked him, but he went off to college in another state while I stayed in state. I still miss him a little, not as much as Sara, but I have this fantasy were we meet at a reunion and immediately hit off. This was a very good story, and although there were a few typos (nothing too bad), I really enjoyed it.
