hey-good job. i like some of the language you use to describe the marshmellow man-"eyelids are worn out
From staring at the pale wall" good use of words. keep writing!
| NeuroticGothicLolitaDeathDolly chapter 1 . 10/22/2003
Hmm. I agree with Liquid, that sounds a bit like The Crucifix story. Not that that's bad, I love Crucifixes! P I even have one with Mary on it. hehe, okay I'm babbling,
but great job, loved the poem, it gave me a very clear image.
| LiquidGenesis chapter 1 . 10/20/2003
This might sound absolutely crazy but near the end the lines:
"Wants you all to idolize
He hates himself and wants to die
He loves himself and wants to live"
"Cut him open, spill his guts
That's what he wants
For us to feel his agony
Cut him up with his dress
Ugly mess, he still cries for you
With shards of the guitar
Stinging his slashed wrists
Lying in his own ocean of blood"
These made me think of a Jesus on a crucifix. Very interesting, unless I'm just totally insane; but either way really good poem, kinda depressing, but hey yaya yaya.
