|Reviews for Rose|
| AlboChick chapter 1 . 2/2/2007
natural flow of transitions w/ the colored flowers and somehow they seem age based to me. like each section describes someone a little older, more mature, and understanding. starts off innocent with the white rose and the children which blossomes into the sweet pre-teen and then the happy teenager and then the bleeding hard working adult ending with the old who are alone with everything and everyone dying left empty and alone. beautiful poem. its deep.

OOh, I love roses... this poem is awesome. wonderful imagery and so simple.. but so very touching. I love how the roses get darker as the poem goes... awesome poem.

Great ending. But I'm confused a little by this line:
"That the world shows some"
Great haiku. Did I mention I love the ending?

Very short stanzas, but they work well in your poem. It's a short poem, but that doesn't mean it's less good.
I prefer short poems myself, so I can appreciate this one a lot.

I like this, short yet catchy.
