very well written, i like it a lot. "selfish" is the first thing i associate with "suicide".

That's really, really good! It's great to see someone with this view on the site-so many people are writing poetry about "I'm so sad" and "I'm going to commit suicide because it's the only way" and things to that effect. That's also my opinion. :) I have a poem sort of like this one but it's too personal, too specific, and totally amateur. *laughs* But I like yours a lot! It's awesome, keep it up! ~MJ

I don't like poems condoning suicide, either. If it's so good, then why does it leave you dead?

What's really odd is that I was planning on reviewing this even before you reviewed my stuff, but I was called away after reading it.
I love the rhythm of many of the stanzas... it's great that you weren't careful about adhering to a certain syllable count, but sometimes it's a bit hard to pronounce if you read it out loud (Dramatic death is what she chooses, for example).
The lack of punctuation is something that I tend to do writing poetry also, but others tend not to like it... and I felt its omission here, which might mean something, when I tend to write that way. Or maybe I'm just attuned to it... hm.
I love that first stanza. "Buzz of flies" reminds me of Emily Dickenson; it's just such a vivid stanza. The other stanzas are enhanced by the fact that you are drawn to the next line by the vagueness of the former - great tactic.
Overall, a smartly expressed poem with a terrific if bitter idea and message.

Hey, that was realy good. It made me smile, I don't think it's cynical at all. I think it's pretty clever, and the last stanza (ah see i can use that word and look as pretentious as everybody else here) was really good. Clappity clap.
