A Beautiful Nightmare chapter 1 . 4/18/2004 Great volcabulary... describing things just in one word... excellent work... |
twisted little secret chapter 1 . 4/1/2004 Never been much of a fan of haikus but I like this one, it's simple but strong, I like that you went with big words rather than small ones, they show a wider vocabulary and a great depth that could be explored from this piece (not even sure if that makes sense, oh well). -nix- |

Dirty Wallpaper chapter 1 . 12/16/2003 lol, yet again i had to use my ol faith online dictionary to get the meaning of 'Asphyxiating' i continue to be terrible,a dn ill say it again, your vocab is amazing. this haiku was wonderful, and as i saw the world 'totalitarians' i thought Stalin. perfect haiku for describing the powerless and the opressed, absoultely perfect...especailyl if one can be reminded of one specific incident when reading it. amazing how you conveyed so much in 5 words...5 WORDS! *staggers* wow, kudos. P:S - thanks for the review, and also i was surprised when i read it, because you mentioned Dm - i was keeping that in mind while writing it, slow piano in the key of Dm. glad someone clicked to the mood, hehe. |
Infinity Plus One chapter 1 . 12/12/2003 Shortest (number of characters) haiku I've seen in a while. But then, I haven't seen many haikus... |
Akarane chapter 1 . 12/10/2003 o- pretty, I like. I have officially added 'asphyxiating' to my vocabulary. It is a very interesting haiku, different. So few words explaining an amazingly amount for such a shallow (as in 'in depth', [not as in flaky]). Haiku- a wonderful expression in so few words. always till the end, Anrui |
