Reviews for Weaver of Time
Shalafi chapter 1 . 11/12/2004
Another wonderful poem. It's people like you that made me start writing poetry. I have to admit. You are one of the best poets who's works I've read in quite a long time. Every one of your poems has been breathtaking. There's not just one that stands out. They're all outstanding, and no amount of "Yay, good job." can do justice. I hope someday to amass the talent you have.

forget the favorite story, an additon to my favorite author's list! Just beautiful lines, one upon the other. I usually am struck by a stanza or two but never line upon line. Very pretty poem here too!

I love the way this flows, and the rhyming is great.
A.C. Burke chapter 1 . 2/29/2004
Wonderful, wonderful poem...I like the way it flows, and the occasional break in a more regular meter scheme that emphasizes imagery (the line "Dancing in the heart of a fire's flare" is a prime example) - very nice!
Aesc chapter 1 . 2/22/2004

This one flowed so well...truly awesome piece of work. Great rhyming, and really great imagery.
These are a few lines that really had an impact on me:
*Sewing new patches to destiny's quilt*
*Folding her tapestries of forgotten lands*
*dancing in the heart of a fire's flare*
Truly awesome lines. Never stop writing!

*melts* so lovely, so . . . hypnotical. your poetry never fails to entrance me, somehow; it's always so magical. and i love magical poetry in general, it's my favorite kind, but no one writes it like you do. your talent is so unique. it just stuns me. :) this poem is gorgeous. great use of structure and repetition throughout, simply amazing imagery. the two bits that are sticking with me here are: "a barely perceptible silhouette," and "sewing new patches to destiny's quilt." breathtaking piece, i love it. kudos!
Lidless Eye chapter 1 . 1/12/2004
This was great. The rhyming scheme didn't sound forced at all and it just kind of weaved in with the poem (No pun intended). Great job on this.
