|Reviews for Cut|
| Eirien chapter 1 . 6/4/2004
I love this. It can be interpreted in so many ways: It can express how self-harm does not diminish the value of a person, a positive interpretation, but it can also express the fact that no matter how hard one tries one cannot carve out the things one loathes about oneself, one cannot escape oneself, not even through cutting.
If you take the positive interpretation, this really reminded me of my last cut haiku, number 18 in the collection "Blood".

this could mean so many different things
to me i feel changed by this
but perhaps i'm just pretending
What i feel is like a game(enjoy)
Is nowhere near an ending
this is versatile, like truth

Wow! Something small...something so moving.
| xLecta chapter 1 . 3/28/2004
short and sweet. beautiful. perfectly honest and true.
People who cut themselves and expect it to solve their problems should definitly read this. It's amazing how such little words can have so much meaning and depth and truth. GREAT job.

Very dark, but extremely well done. Very original idea, cutting doesn't change the person, nor does it help. Great message.
