Reviews for Badly Written Bio |

Vicki Lawson chapter 1 . 2/9/2010 My mom was born with a fraternal twin brother-who died 2 months after being born, so I know how you feel about it. I really like your autobiography! |
smetterling chapter 2 . 3/30/2005 Oh my God 63 effing chapters! Whoa! I like your writing style, but I'm afraid I won't be able to read every single chapter today! ~smetterling btw "Watching From Afar" was updated |
Pretend Jane chapter 63 . 10/19/2004 Hey I didn't know you updated. I could have sworn I put you on author alert. Anyway, yeah I did get it off Misty's fav list. I read her story Zoe, and I was checking it out again a couple weeks back. Yeah the story I have on FP isn't the only thing I have written in my life. I use to write fanfiction for so many wasted years. I could have been doing original stuff! lol. Though I have this habit of writing original stuff and not finishing it. So I have a bunch of one chapter fiction on my comp. I'd let you read them to just so I can get a opinion on which I should work on after MTDT. I already got a opinion from another reader of mine, but everyone is different you know? Anyway, the stories are The Smokers- its in its beginning stages and I'm not sure I like it, but I'd let you read it. Pretend Jane- I might change the name of it since I actually made my pen name PJ. The other story is Stranded. I have more, but I doubt I'll ever work on them. I'm not sure if I'll definitely work on these stories either, because I want to try to write out some of my other ideas that could potentially be better. I like the idea of doing a bio, but jeez that seems like it would take so long. Then you'd have to try to remember stuff. Wow the family you Au Paired for really travelled a lot! That is so cool how you went to so many different places. I wish I could do that, but I don't think I could be an Au Pair. I have no patience for kids, and they never listen to me anyway. I don't really have experience with kids either since I'm the youngest and never had to baby sit anyone. I have nieces, and nephews, but I always lived far away from them, so they hardly know me. |
EgyptianGoddess chapter 63 . 10/13/2004 I love this! Paris and Egypt! You're so lucky! God, I wish I could travel. Anyway, yes, update soon. Keep it up! It's great! |
flyinfrogg chapter 63 . 10/12/2004 That sounded like so much fun! Lucky, it must have been great there. |
flyinfrogg chapter 62 . 10/12/2004 Hey I think you should revise your earlier chapters. Revising is good and you are always definately going to do it more than once. |
LovesLostCat chapter 62 . 10/11/2004 Wow I haven't been on here in ages, sorry, but it's still really interesting. I really should continue with mine, but meh, maybe I will soon seeing as loads of things have happened to me recently, like for instance my trek through the himalayas. But enough about me, you've done really well wioth your little bio thing, even if it's a little undescriptive in some places, but who am to talk aye! So congrats on getting this far anyway and I will check again sooner next time, I promise! xCatx |
Rach chapter 63 . 10/9/2004 HI!. I'm sorry I haven't reviewed in a long time it was because my computer has been relly weird either the internet wouldn't work or the computer swited itself off. anyway it's all been fixed now. flyinfrogg chapter 61 . 10/4/2004 That is so cool! How awesome is it to have your best friend in England with you! Lucky! BTW, at the moment, are you still in England? |
Misty Spotts chapter 61 . 10/2/2004 Wow, that's awesome to have your friend come and join you! How long are you there, anyway? When will you be going back home? - Sorry this is short. I have to go. |
flyinfrogg chapter 60 . 9/30/2004 ha ha ha! That's funny! Wow your trip to Paris sounded like fun! |
Misty Spotts chapter 60 . 9/30/2004 Yeah! Paris! Aw, your description of your trip brought back so many memories of my own! I LOVED D'Orsay. When I was there, there was an exhibit of Degas' pastels, and I totally fell in love! It was a beautiful museum too. I think I saw a Van Gogh of a church (I forget it's name), and I loved the way he painted the sky. I bought a poster of it in the gift shop, but the subtle details of the sky were lost in the reproduction. Bummer. I got to see the Mona Lisa while I was there too, but there was a big crowd around it and a thick pane of glass, so I couldn't get close and there was a glare from the glass. Pooh. - And is Sacre Coeur the big church on the seemingly only hill in Paris? I was there, and there was a bunch of art dealers. I don't think I went inside either, but the view was awesome. - I didn't go to the Eiffel Tower when I was there, but when my sister Kelley went there, she has the funniest story. Sasha was still an infant. She was holding Sasha with her diaper bag over her shoulder and felt someone tugging on the bag. Kelley turned to find a young kid with his hand in her bag. He wasn't even being discreit about it! So Kelley, without thinking, grabs the little brat by his collar and shakes him so bad while she's cursing and screaming at him. "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING! YOU LITTLE BASTARD! ...etc." Finally, a local vendor came out and pulled the kid away, shouting at him too. Hahaha! It's so funny to think of my sister loosing her temper like that, and the silly little kid! - And I loved the gardens and cemetaries there too. Some were tucked randomly between buildings. And they're so old. It's really beautiful. _ |
Pretend Jane chapter 59 . 9/22/2004 I don't usually read autobiography's. Yours is the first. I found this off someone's favorite list. I think it was the name that caught my attention.I just wanted to see how badly written a bio could be. lol. I'm glad I read this though. Your life sounds very interesting. I can definitely relate to family drama. Though my drama isn't between my parents. They co-exist without each other and could care less about the other. My drama extends from everyone in my family and the secrets that are in my Dad's side of the family. It's all very crazy. Maybe I'll do a autobiography one day. My life is boring, but my family really isn't. That's so weird about Ryan being related to you. But you know, me and my mom always say its important to meet ALL your family because its possible to like your cousin or something. It happened to both my mom and brother. My mom saw a guy at a party and was like "Damn he's fine!" Then her friend was like "That's your cousin!" I wonder how her friend knew that and not her. Then the situation with my brother was him liking our cousin DeeDee. Nothing happened there. But they went to the same college, so I guess they flirted or something. It wasn't until he heard her last name which is different from his, but he knew there was some people in our family with that name. So I guess that's when he got a clue! Thank goodness. |
Misty Spotts chapter 57 . 9/22/2004 Yeah! I'm finally reviewing! I've gotten out of my regular rutine. Sorry it has taken so long. - I have never had to deal with remarrying parents, so I don't know how difficult it must be. That's one thing I don't want to see happen with my parents. My dad seemed somewhat close to marrying his latest girlfriend. Or rather, she wanted to marry and he didn't, and it was really strange to figure her children would be step-siblings. I don't like her kids, but she was very sweet herself. I don't know. It was werid. It didn't happen though, thankfully. - My mom and I have differences of opinion like you and your mom do too. She has done things I don't agree with, but in the end, it's her life, not mine, and I have no right to tell her what to do. Even by ganging up on my mom with my sisters wouldn't work if she was set in her goal. I assume it's similar with your mom. - I've learned to keep my mouth shut about things. Or at least try to. |
freewings chapter 49 . 9/21/2004 much better and longer! |
