I love how you compared love to a vampire. There was nothing in the poem that would have said that, except the title, which shows that you chose an awesome title for this poem. I love the line "Love sucks the good from you," because people will do anything in the name of love, and that line told that in such a new and refreshing way. I also loved the line "love crawls into your mind and eats at your thoughts like an ugly termite" because it made a very vivid mental picture of something that is very hard to describe. The last line was a beautiful way to end this poem, nice write.
