![]() ![]() ![]() Keep your head up! Just three more years! lol...Once again, nicely done. |
![]() ![]() ![]() You're being *forced* to attend a Catholic high school? You never got a choice of where *you* wanted to attend? Wow, my parents let me decide where I wanted to go to high school and college. If I were you, I'd talk to my parents. They need to know how miserable you are. Well, it may seem hopeless now, but life does get better. Sometimes, we have to do things that we don't want to do. What does kill you will make you stronger. |
![]() ![]() The "shackles" of conformity only go so far. It may not seem so, but you do have rights and you do have a voice that needs to be heard (hense, this Fictionpress account, I guess- but maybe, you need to be heard more than that.) High school (as notoriously known) is this huge foundation for social conformity, as are some organized religions. And DARN, it is really corrupt (I think, anyway) that the government/ board of ed had the nerve to found a merge of the two administrations. But hell, being caught in the shackles is usually what makes people stronger in the long run. If their original character and self survives the ride, that is. ~ Felisune |
![]() ![]() ![]() Well, considering that the word 'religion' is derived from the Greek word 'religio', meaning to 'hold back, keep down and restrain'... it's unsurprising that you feel 'Shackled', so to speak. Believe me, they don't know best. They either know nothing, or deliberately deceiving those from the truth... Peace |
