![]() ![]() ![]() Another powerful piece, I really like this as well. The image of the ballerina is well chosen, and you expand it nicely. I can relate to the feelings of regret for mistakes one has made, and the wish for another chance. Those last two lines are haunting, a strong ending. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is really good. I like this one. Beautifully written. I like the line I should have listened Could have learned But for those chances I do so yearn It's like there's regret there. I liked this. Great job |
![]() ![]() ![]() Love the last four lines, especially. Well done. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Omigosh- I'm left speechless. Now, this is what I like to call real poetry. Absolutely, solely beautiful. The metaphor makes all the difference. AWEsome. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I really, thoroughly, enjoyed this poem. It was very well written. It reminds me of three other poems: two of mine called "Shame" and "Guilt" and "Bloody Ballet" by Poetic Nothing. Check them out if you want. Also, thank you for the review, it brightened my day. Keep up the good work! |
