Oy. "To function or to feel?" You know, nowadays, its almost as if people are starting to become robots, loosing not only their humanity, but their animality, the purpose and Life of their life-force. We feel that functioning as fast and as efficiantky and HUMANLY POSSIBLE (and way beyond that too) to achieve these fictitious, unreachable material goals in our pseudo-controlled, robotic, materialistic society is more important than actually feeling and experiencing the world and nature and humanity for what it truly is. We are alive; we are suppose to feel the world as well as function.
This interesting and insightfull peice kind of goes with the philosophy of that New York rock band, My Chemical Romance. You should check it out.
