![]() ![]() ![]() Hmm, subject was predictable, but it did have a smooth build-up to the last stanza, where the truth is actually revealed. Though I think the part played by the person asking "What are those red marks on your arm?" was somewhat under-developed, so by the time it got to the last stanza, the reaction of the self-harming character doesn't seem to have the right impact? A different way at looking at self-harm, however. Most people just plunge straight into being miserable about it. |
