This was absolutely hilarious. I love how you changed the story to fit a more street-talk style. "If you get sloshed, don't fall asleep for more than a week, let alone twenty years. Stuff might happen." That line is classic.
You should definately do more of these!

Hmm... this story could be taken a couple of different ways. One, it could be a parody of Rip Van Winkle, and in that case, it's pretty funny. But, if it's not supposed to be a parody and it was supposed to just be a moder-day version of Rip Van Winkle, then I don't think the ending fits very well...him getting shot in the head and all was kinda abrupt. Then again, that's just my opinion.
