Reviews for Twisted Bedtime Haikus |

![]() ![]() ![]() I don't know if it was meant to be sad but it was. So deeply deeply sad. Animal Farm is incredible. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ick. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don't think I've heard that story...a lovely haiku nonetheless. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I loved the second one...it was just so simple and marvelous. Great job. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ...Aw. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was one of my favorite stories as a kid. I don't know why. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Having hair that long must be a bother to brush. Or braid. Or do anything with, actually. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I loved "seven dwarves of deadly sins." |
![]() ![]() ![]() Lovely. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very cool and quite creepy. Great use of words. I especially like 'The Little Mermaid' haikus, the first one is my favorite. |
![]() ![]() ![]() "unwound clock and snuffed candle" I like that line for some reason. And I liked the line "water clock" in second one. I just... did, lol. And I love the last one- it cracked me up! It's hysterical. LOVE it. Great work, can't wait till you update again! |
![]() ![]() ![]() the third one is defiantely best.. ahve you seen into the woods,... youd prolly love it |
![]() ![]() ![]() you. updated. omg. *SQUEE* I love you! oh man, I agree with you on the third one. it just had that gorgeous feel reminiscent of the actual Beauty & The Beast (which I love with all my heart). I also lovelove the second ones first to second line as it just had this pretty little feel to it. oh, and the second and third line of the first is beyond words. seriously, I'm stunned. prettypretty haikus. you are like my God (poeticly speaking). :D ~* noelle |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love both of them merely for the reference. Animal Farm I have just finished reading and I find it quite creepy I read something refering to that book. the second reference, Dolly, I thought was very clever and presented well. foot notes are extremely helpful, again. I am so glad you are considerate enough to point these things out. anyway, I was thinking of slavery when I read both haikus and I must say the representation is done stunningly and overall beautifully. "exploited sheep slavery" I think is a tad better then "fought againsy sheep slavery" merely because it sounds better to my feeble little mind. the ending to the second one is boot eerie and funny, but sovery true to what you are stating. gorgeous work, again I can not praise this collection enough. ~* noelle |
![]() ![]() ![]() love, love, love the "souls burried in sand" line. this is oh-so pretty and simply adorable haikiu. can I praise this enough? your foot note at the end is extremely helpful as I was quite confused for a minute or two. oh, god I feel stupid. anyway, gorgeous little haiku and ohso twisted. ;) ~* noelle |
