Reviews for The Anima
Banane chapter 1 . 11/7/2008
Actually...anima means "spirit". It comes from the latin derivative "animus, animi" meaning "mind" or "soul". Though it COULD be interpreted as "blood" since the spirit might be considered the "lifeblood" of the mind, it's not a perfectly correct translation. You would probably be better served with the Italian term for blood, "sangui" which comes from the latin "Sanguis, sanguinis" meaning "blood" or, funnily enough, "family".

Sorry if I totally ripped apart your title, but I just had to correct it before someone else decided to be mean about it.
