Hey,

I was sitting here on New Years Eve/Day thinking "hey, I wonder if she's updated". Sadly you haven't but you have more pressing matters to deal with than this story. This is going to sound horrible, but fuck everyone who can't understand your priorities. They should count themselves lucky you're even sharing this with them.

It has been a while since I have read Chloe and Connor's story and I can notice because I have a new found appreciation for this beautiful piece of work. I read it and it seems so effortless with the way it flows and creates a world you can disappear into.

On the issue of Nikki - I have a few religious friends who wouldn't dare swear or take the Lord's name in vain. One in particular has been in a intense relationship where she really feels for the guy and they've taken things further than she intended. They didn't consumate anything but the position they were in didn't need much more pushing. In short - I find Nikki's position believable.

Although, I don't like Warren that much after the beginning of this chapter. He's manipulative and stupid. If Chloe wasn't a stronger woman he could have talked them both into a whole lot of heartache.

Anyway, you don't need to be wasting your time reading this. You have an amazing talent, I hope you find the writer in you once again some day. I'm not a religious person but for what it is worth, I pray that 2008 will be as good as it possibly can.

I am very sorry about your mother's condition; i hope everything turns out all right in the end, because, in the end, it just has to, doesn't it? No matter what happens, i hope you continue to live your life strongly. And I just hate all the stupid flames and ignorant people who demand updates: ( to you guys) : Get a freaking life! It's so insensitive of any person to demean and caustically demand an update( no matter what the author's condition- if she/he is in university, has a job, a mother to take care of, etc., etc.,)- you should be appreciative that the author has even written a story for your enjoyment and pleasure! I understand that when a story is at a cliffie or you just really want to know what's going to happen it can be a bummer, but please be conscious of the author her/hiself. you are right, i dont know how you got elected for the Skwr awards with that kind of lousy updates... ok so much for the bitter comentary, seriusly i like your characters and the story so, think about making an update some time soon, please?

So, I've basically spent the past twenty-four hours reading this story instead of studying for finals (Don't feel too bad, I'm pretty sure I managed to pass them all ;-)), and I must say, it was certainly worth it.

Everything about this story is incredible, from the writing, to the humor, to the indecision between both boys.

I can see that this seems to have been abandoned, and while disappointed, I totally understand. I'll just dream up my own happy little ending between Connor and Chloe. It's just too perfect NOT to happen.

Thank you SO much for this brilliant piece of fiction. I adored it.

The whole scene in which Chloe had to hide behind the couch was priceless.

I absolutely love Connor. In a love/hate sort of way.

I'm growing to love this story more and more as I go on.

One thing I did notice, however, was that you spell Claire's name differently. In some instances you don't use an 'e,' and in others you do. I just got a little confused by that. Something to look at later :-)

I feel SO bad for Chloe, what with the whole Ian situation. It sucks to be in love with your best friend and have to watch him flirt with other girls. I would know, so I totally sympathize.

This just keeps getting better and better.

This story is seriously made of win. I'm obsessed.

I've read a lot of stories on FP, but there's a certain style of writing that I admire, and it's this mix of comedy and the ability to see into a character's mind and write them that much better. You're one of the few I've see who can do it well, and I applaud you for it.

I can't wait until finals are over and I can actually sit down and read more of this, because it's fantastic.

hey! omg this is great story! you are such a great writer...there are few stories that i have read in a day...but i managed with this one!

oh and about the whole issue of chloe/warren or chloe/connor, even though i do like warren, they just dont have the same chemistry that chloe n connor seem to...well thats my opinion anyhow!

and also...as you can tell from my pen-name...i love coffee...so truly appreciated the starbucks addiction bit!

im really sorry about your mum, you should update when you feel ready to, n not feel pressured at all.

hey, im really sorry about your mum, thanks for sharing that sorta stuff with us makes me feel all warm and fuzzy D take as long as you need - there are few that have a plot and write as well as you do. your an amazing writer, i cant really critique on anything except the occasional grammer and spelling stuff up but nothing that cant be overlooked. rock on!

LOVE IT! Chloe makes me laugh and Connor makes me smile. I really want them to get together even though the step-sibling thing is kinda weird but who cares? What is up with Ryan and Claire? How come he is so freaking scared of her? Keep the chapters coming! PLZ!

Great story I LOVE the characters. Warren is kind of an idiot, I hope that he grows up soon. I love him like that though.
