Hello Raz (apologies if that sounds too informal, I'm afraid that's how I remember your pen name),

I've been a long-time follower of this story and have recently reread what you have up again and the pain is real. I need to know if you ever intend to finish this story. It's fantastic and the way you've left things does things to my heart that I am masochistic enough to revisit every so often. You've created such a beautiful, dark, funny, and engaging story that appeals to my every desire in a novel and it kills me to know you've probably abandoned this.

I know this is a longshot, but I'm begging you to end my misery. Please let your readers know if you're ever going to continue, if there's hope, or if this will languish as one of the best unfinished works that has had the pleasure of slowly squeezing my heart to a pulp.

Thank you for all you've done. The journey has been wonderful so far.

Maaaaan, I love this story. I've been lurking forever - I think I first read/reviewed this story in like '06 or something... and I know you haven't updated in a long time and probably have totally given up on it, but I just thought I would tell you that it's always been one of my top favorites on fictionpress, even though I've always disliked pretty much every fantasy story - I will still reread it to this day and still like it just as much. Just wanted to say that. :-)

I've been sucked into this story since I started reading it and I now have a major backup in my homework and omg WHYYYYYY! How could this happen? Aiden will be left all on his lonesome! Why can't the kind Knight get a break? He really deserves it, and so does Bane.

Buuu...

And what's up with the enchanted mirror bit? I'm thinking there's maybe a monster or curse set on it to follow the user or something. Maybe mess with Eleanor's sense of perception or something... Shiiiiiit Fin will have to stay on his toes. The others, too. o.o

Omg, I think I'm going to die. I just glanced at the last update and it was almost 4 years ago. Please, please, please pick up this story again! I really love the way it was written and there were so many literary devices used! I'm so impressed! :D

This is soooooo awesome. Love how you did this story. The sad part is that now I'm dieing for the next chapter. However, the last update was done in March 2008 and we are November 2011.

Will there be an update? Please don't abandon this story. Please, pretty please?

I do believe that this story hasn't been updated for 3.5 years, and for that, I am incredibly sad! It left off in a suspenseful place! Do you have plans to continue it? I hope so! I like this quite a bit! Thanks for writing it. It is pretty epic :) and the characters are all wonderful, well characterized, just great!

When are you going to send this manuscript off to a publisher? No, really. I mean it. I'd buy the deluxe copy four times over, I love this story so much. And coming from me (queen of criticism that I am), that is high, high praise.

I understand the lack-of-update thing. I fairly suck at it myself. Just look at my story list - every single on of them is something I finished or stopped working on a year or so ago.

Wow, I'm just... amazed. At the length, at the style, at the plot and your talent - amazed. Goddamn my talent for finding people so much better than me.

I hope you update soon, but I'm patient. I can wait. I'm just not so certain Bane can... he strikes me as an impertinent whelp.

Hey there! VERY captivating story so far. I had my mind on it all day. So Bane really is somehow important... I actually believe hes the bastard son of the queen or something to that extend. And also the seelie (?) seem to have notíced Eleanore using the mirror. Thats why there were no mirrors in that castle in Ubhall, right? And I hope while trying to somehow figure out what all of this means, Cairon has enough of a mind left to notice the thread for himself.

Please please update! Ill be waiting for it.

What a great story! How you mix old fairytales with your own view...How the characters interact and their relations slowly evaluate...

Is it ever to be updated?

Is it just me, or is this story the most WELL-PLANNED Fantasy genre story I have ever read. I finished reading this about 4 or 5 days back but I just felt obliged to review.

I especially love the slow turn of events, the twist and turns. *Bane is my favourite character*

This is exceptional, outstanding even. You are really good. Please don't get tired OK, keep writing some of us really depend on reading GOOD fiction to get a real definition of a "nice day".

I don't think that I've put very well in writing how much I love this work. Well, maybe I could always say "Thanks for writing" :)
