I am seriously loving this fic, and oh wow, what a painful cliffhanger to leave it on. Looking forward to the rest of it. )

Oh, brilliant chapter. That kiss from Bane was so long in coming; the whole scene made me want to weep. Bane's hug...*wibble* There's so much good mystery in here the suspense is killing me. So cruel of you to throw in that bit about the mirrors while we're still scrabbling with all that's happening with Bane. I hope you won't keep us waiting too long for another chapter, though they're well worth the wait!

I like this. A lot. Quite possibly my favorite pairing is Bane and Aiden. They work well together, and Bane's snark is just epic win. xDD

The scene in this chapter where Bane sees Aiden last is just very, very touching. I loved it completely. It was heartwrenching and bittersweet in a way. Aiden's trust that Bane will come back is at once both touching and gives you a view of his slight naivety. I can't wait for the next chapter.

I'm so glad this has been updated and I read it again with glee! Seeing Aidan so deeply trusting with Bane makes me really happy and I HOPE you won't kill off Bane T_T! I want to see them have their own happy ending! And of course I'm hoping that Finbar and Eleanor get together soon, because they should *G*!

Yay! Update! XD Ah, somehow I remember most of what's going on...even though I haven't read it since June...or a month around that time... I don't remember who Declan is...but I remember I don't like him XP Therefore, I shall have to reread this story when I get the time. Ah, it's getting so dramatic! Madness! I hope Bane's alright...he's my favourite character... That was quite the rescue! And Aiden lives! Yay! Oh, and I like Cairon's serious/dark/scary side. A lot. I wonder what that mirror bit is about? Obviously it's not exactly a good thing...hmm... Well, I really liked it! XD Can't wait to find out what happens next! (It's all so exciting! XD)

Hi. I've been lurking for a while, but it's about time I reviewed.

I’ve always loved new takes on fairy tales, and you’ve done a particularly good job. The characters and relationships are very well developed and interesting, and your plots and universe are unique and fun. This is easily one of my favorite unprofessional stories I’ve read. I do have two negative things to say, though. First, to express my hope that you aren’t going to go the “I am your father” route with Bane and Skarrow. From what I’ve read, that would be predictable and boring. Second, try not to take 11 months to update next time please? It was a nice Easter present, though.

I had absolutely no plans at revealing my utter adoration for this story, and I had certainly no plans to admit I've been checking this site hourly once I saw an update was coming this weekend. But this chapter is just so wonderful.

omg. i can't tell you how much i absolutely adore bane so i'm really eager for him to catch a break. poor kid's had it pretty rough it seems, but he and aiden are absolutely adorable, if only they'd quit tip toeing around their 'relationship'.

Waugh! This story is so brilliant! I had lost hope of good fairy tale remakes and yours is so much more than I could have hoped for. I love how everything ties together so well, the plot, the plot twists, the characterizations. Everything blends so beautifully. I also love how nothing is ever too obvious. It's a complete delight to work at recognizing the fairy tale and then to see how you've changed it. I am so in love with this story you can't imagine. Everything is just so wonderful.

You girl are so BRILLIANT. The way you turned Cinderella into this sheming Ella or Whitesnow into some bloodthirsty puppet… You're simply my hero. And I can't seem to chose one of your characters as my favourite because they are all so funny and have original and well build personality. Ok so maybe Cairon Tristan Eleanor Bane and the gypsy guards hold my favor because I like sheming or ironical characters and when they have a dark past, strange power and are as bitter as they come then I can't resist.

And did someone ever tell you that your writing is amazing? I would kill to be able to write like that as if there wasn't actually any need to try imagining because the pictures come naturaly to you. We never tire from it and it's well balanced between description and dialogue and action. Plus contrarily to most stories I read I wasn't able to guess what would follow which was a great change. Which also mean that I won't be able to sleep properly until you post the end T_T (pretty pretty please ?)
