John Stein PhD chapter 1 . 11/26/2004 "These days, any vandalism or graffiti down in town is usually blamed first on the indigenous teenage population" I think those who blame the teenagers are wrong. It was probably those damn bastards from the old folks home. |
Cthulhu chapter 1 . 11/23/2004 Teenagers have too much freedom, that is the problem. Being a parent rules. I didn't read past the title. |
On Mercury chapter 1 . 11/23/2004 (cheers and claps) Every parent is so hooked on making us perfect little children with perfect grades and everything centered around learning, its sickening. You know they were never like that when they were "our age". And its not just parents. One of my friends was walking around town the other day with her Mum, and they got to the park where there were about 3 or 4 teenagers hanging out on the swings, and there was this middle-aged woman staring at them and as she and her Mum went past, she said to my friend's Mum "Oh, they're up to no good...Can't they see the signs up everywhere? No smoking or litter" They weren't doing anything, of course. Just being a teenager is enough to criminalise a lot of people my age in the view of a lot of people. Plus, today, when I got my report, my Mum complained because I didn't get straight As in more than one subject. Duh! Difficult! Gr. OM |
