|Reviews for Requiem for Romeo Juliet|
| Faithless Juliet chapter 1 . 3/1/2005
I really like the use of the original text that you compiled within this. Such as the metaphores of sun and stars, both used to describe both characters of Romeo and Juliet. I love that you added your own little touches to the story; Juliet sneaking out to see Romeo at dusk espeically. What a powerful thought? One has to wonder what their lives would have been like had they lived. This story is so real to so many people they seem like they really did live, don't you think? I really love this (I've said that a lot, sorry) its just so fascinating to me when people breathe new life into this tale, adding, or taking away, each person takes something different away from it. So I must say again that I really love this, keep up the good work.

| Raven Dauphin chapter 1 . 1/20/2005
the poem gave a very refreshing and modern view of the star-crossed lovers, it was a very well written poem; so very well written in fact that there are unnecessary allusions. i think every poet aspires for the dramatic but to be coherent on your theme, you have to keep the literary style simple and unified. i'll give it a B... happy writing! - Bre
