This story is funny as fuck.

Lously pun of a last line - very cliche - but an effective way of finishing. Good fic. Entertaining, although not always enough emotions showed: the last two chapters were really only when I started seeing Reid as a person, rather than just hyper.

I am a horrible person to keep quoting. However! This part I thought was really touching - it was really the first part you focused on his emotions other than hyper. Anger/tears, etc. I really liked that part:

“That was a movie! I don’t want this anymore, Reid!” I sighed, running my hands through my hair as I tried to collect myself. “What can I do to prove it to you?” I asked eventually.

“Prove what?” he asked, a hint of anger tainting his voice.

“That this was just a coincidence?”

He turned to me after a few moments of silence, his green eyes glassed over with unshed tears. “You can’t,” he said quietly.

Nice :) I loved the 'We'd found a semi-secluded corner of the room, dragged a table over, and hoarded as much booze as we could find' mm huzzah for hoarding.

In the shop when talking baout chocolate, when Reid said he's eat it all it brought up such an image haha. I spose that means I've got into how the character works now :) Good writing. Very entertaining.

He said his friends didn't like him because he hadn't told them he was gay? It doesn't appear that they're serious when they say 'you didn't tell us' etc etc. But meh.. huzzah for groping.

Please tell me you know virginity is trans-gender, pelase. Unless it's for the sake of the story and then you're forgiven :P Interesting start.

'He laughed a little. "And now you have soda in your lap!" His eyebrows rose as he teased me, "Your lap is quite… absorbent."' - Amusing. or in context it was. Oh, I'm also stealing the random 'Maureen' part as well. Review back/letter bomb/email if you have a problem :)

WOOT. Joel stayed IN CHARACTER even at the end of the story. Two thumbs up. It's so crappy when the hard ass character gets all sappy and gross at the end of story, and it is not even POSSIBLE for them to behave that way. So... 10 points for you.

for some reason I thought that final chapter would be really crazy, with it bieng revealed that Reid was a psychotic stalker and in desperation Joel would actually kill him.
