The whole Funnie family was white, and so was Percy. Ned also looked white. I thought the core theme of the show was coping with change, a trait that made it one of the more coming-of-age programs I had seen when growing up.
I have no complaints with the essay, though I find it peculiar you'd know the exact episode numbers within the series. Tell me you had to research that!

Oh, I loved Doug! It was an awesome show. It dealt w/ so many good issues and did so w/ a good sense of humor in most ways. I wished it would have continued b/c unlike other shows Doug was sometimes a real jerk and he saw himself as that and learned not to be a jerk. (It said the essay wasn't finished so, add a bit more and it'll be great.) I don't have a good grasp on each and every episode but little reminders can help. Love the essay.
