hmm..interesting story, this is a good start (I am assuming that you'll be writing a lot more for this one _) I love your characters! Especially Kathryn and Wil, since they are the ones you've told us the most about. It really is a shame that Kathryn is engaged to Richard Foxton, though I'm sure she'll break it off for Will, and if she doesn't...well, you'll have some unsatisfied readers! lolOne thing I've been wondering about is where is Foxton? I guess he's already in London doing Parliament stuff, but it would have been interesting if he was on the ship as well...oh wellCaptain Gray was also an interesting character. A horrible troll, but interesting. I'm surprised you killed him off so fast! I think you could have done a bit more with him, if I remember correctly he didn't have a whole lot of dialogue. But I like how you used the mutiny to add some more stress to Will's life, he seems to be doing pretty well with his new captain's job! Very brave with the whole pirates/storm/man overboard ...now that I've written a nice long review that you'll get bored reading I'll just say one more time that you are doing an excellent job, keep it up, and I definitely look forward to reading more!~SCR

Very well written, especially your descriptions, and you didn’t depend on your dialogue, although it was well done. You have a few grammar mistakes but we all do. I like the shorter chapters, but I felt you were going too fast, throwing information out too quickly. Like the whole mutiny thing. Oh, I liked it and yeah the captain’s a jerk but the mutiny was quite a surprise. And it all happened too fast. Maybe you could try somehow building up to it more. And I felt rushed reading about Kathryn and Will towards the end. Maybe because we missed the whole first three weeks of their “relationship.” Keep it up, I can’t wait to read more. And thanks for reviewing my story.

Ooh, a very entertaining story! You gripped me right from the start - both Will and Kathryne seem great characters - and between sweet hugs, hangings, mutinies, and pirates, and chapters that end in cliff hangers, it's all absolutely thrilling!

What's even better is your writing is great too. You have lovely descriptions, and your dialogue, in particular, is very believable.

Suspense! Oh how I loathe suspense. But this story is completely wonderful, I'd be upset if I forget about it, so I'll make a point not to. Can't wait for more.

Great Chapter! Mutiny... a mice touch. It added a lot of excitement to the story. A lot has happened in three chapters... I really hope Kathryne gets the guy she wants... Richard seems a bit like a jerk...

So very very very very very awesome! This is another wonderful chapter...but, I feel so bad that I haven't reviewed sooner than this...I've been so busy with school that I haven't gotten a chance to read anything new lately...don't be mad!

Anyway, they hugged! I know I would have if I had a dashing lieutenant who paid particular attention to me, lol. I love the imagery you used in the chapter, the way you described the hanging, and how you wrote every character seeing the same event and reacting differently.

BTW, this Gray guy doesn't sound like a good character...I hope he doesn't interfere in this budding relationship I see brewing here. You must update soon! (Maybe this time I might actually get an alert saying you have updated...you never know, miracles happen!)

Oh, how sweet!... and sad!

Just a bit of constructive critisizm if you don't mind it. This part would have been even more romantic if we had seen how Will and Kathryne met and got to watch them slowly begin to fall in love. Right now thier characters aren't exactly known to us, so it isn't quite as enjoyable as it could be.

But it is still a wonderful story so far! I just love it! I love stuff like this! I'm looking forward to the next chapter!
