I really enjoyed this chapter. Cody's subtle methods of probing and Damon's reserves towards sharing his feelings make for a great combo. I loved his mental interjections about Cody and Grat being ninjas. Thanks for makeing me smile! Updaye with more soon!

YES! i never even thought of cody and grant tagging along, but it makes so much sense that i can't fault it! really, it's a sound idea that Damon get some sense of permanent family...because it's like everyone has always turned on him. he needs to feel as if they'd...still accept him around even if he wasn't with Trent anymore. *god forbid...crossing fingers to ward off bad luck*
