I have, you'll be excited to know, just read through the entire 13 chapters of this fic. Even more importantly, I enjoyed them thoroughly. The plot line seemed a bit like a teen chick flick, but it worked extremely well. I love the character - a prep who's aware of what it is to be a prep - and I like the realism in the way she thinks and I like all your characters, and the character you've given them - each seems to fit a certain stereotype while denying it completely at the same time - as if they all have the potential to cross into other stereotypes at any and his mother...Well, it reads a bit angsty but you make up for it completely simply because you don't make it seem so angst-ridden. Simply undeniably truthful and just plain real. Please update this soon, and possibly check out some of my work. (But mostly the updating)-Nova

But yes. For some reason, when I was reading the part with Juan's mom, I though for a second I had read that before. It was weird... deja vu. I love Ross and Kai. I want Kai to be my friend. So, do they know about Juan's mom, or not? I think they do. Yups. And they were super surprised that she knew, which is why they were like -cue gaping-. Yes. If that makes sense? But yes. I feel sorry for Kylie, and for Juan... that whole thing must suck. Although I have to admit you lost me with the 'famous Kylie' bit. Sometimes I feel depressingly unworldly.

Juan is seriously my hero. I love him so much, and I wish I was awesome at writing like him, and his hair is wicked cool. I love the way you describe it; I can picture it in my head. And I love how he's all, "I won't let you label me". And it's sweet how he knows Danny. Cool-sweet, not cute-sweet. Yes.

I didn't think that was like a ladder-drop. Is something worse going to happen now? To make Alynn's life awful? Or was that it?

Yeah... I guess I'll find out. I want to say, 'update soon', but I can sympathize with terribly long updates so I won't. Just keep it up; it's awesome.

I actually read this all in one sitting! I'm mildly impressed with myself (more impressed with the story though).

You have a great sense of characterization for your main characters and although the pacing does seem slow at moments it's exactly how this couple would go about it.I do however have one tiny thing that I would suggest (humble as I am). After a bit her friends seem to blend together a bit, the only one that really stands out to me is Del. A motif to go along with one or two of the more prominent ones would be wonderful help to the readers.

There should be no quitting of this story. Certainly not. The leading lady packs quite a realistic punch, her 'unique' boy is charming, and the side characters set a perfect high school scene. I like it. Read the entire thing in lieu of doing any graphic design work today.

Uwah what a great story! I want to ask for your phone number so I can call you up -even though it'd be an international call- and tell you in person what a brilliant story this is. I want to KISS you smackingly on the lips just because I like your story so damned much! I can't wait for you to put up the next bit so I can offer you more kisses...

The whole story is so upbeat and at the same time believable that it's making me feel in love myself. It's like I know Alynn, or like I AM her, that's how well you write her. Juan is the sexiest and sweetest (and again, believable) male lead I have encountered in a long long time. Three cheers to you, bless your uber-literate heart!

*foaming at the mouth* I. Must. Read. More. Ross and Kai are cool. So is Juan. Lately all the stories on here I've been reading,my favorite characters are all guys who are way different than the rest of the characters. But I really need to hear more! Please update! :3

I was going to say I wanted Alynn to show the picture of Amaryllis to Juan, but then you did that already :) On occasion, you allude to her artwork. Why hasn't she tried to paint/draw Juan yet? Seems to me like she would.

I was kind of hoping you'd draw the title into the story somehow, having Alynn and Juan refer to eachother using those terms.

Have you thought about doing a story of Kai and Ross? They're hilarious! All I can think about is the two of them boar-hunting.
