I adored this story. I just read the entire thing straight through. It waisted pretty much my entire day. XD It's fabulous. I'm sorry that it's already over. You did a wonderful job.

I really wanted them to get together eaarlier in the story so that we could see more of them like they were at the ending, but I liked it none the less.

Aww, I'm so glad I finally read this!

See, I've seen this story around on fictionpress (usually on people's Favorite Stories lists), but I never bothered to try reading it because the summary was so short and vague. I was just like "eh." But I'll tell you that that is not the first time I've "judged a book by its cover", so to speak. And I almost always turn out wrong when I finally try things out, hahaha... so I was looking at the nominees on the SKOW website, and I came across your story again. I started to read a few of the stories listed in some of the categories, but there weren't many that really captured my interest (though there are several I'm still going to try to start reading). When I saw your story listed in Best Chemistry (haha, I thought that was funny, considering the title of your story), I finally decided, "Ah, what the heck." And that was definitely one of the best spur-of-the-moment decisions I've made lately, hahaha... :D

So enough babbling about how I got to reading your story, and more about what I thought of it. I guess what really attracted me to Chemistry are these things: 1) I fell in love with the characters, mainly Evelyn and Adam, of course. :) 2) I liked the humor. Practically everyone (of the main characters) cracked me up at times. :D and 3) It's well-written! When a story is filled with grammatical errors, it kind of turns me off from reading the rest of the story because I can't concentrate on much else. I'm not a grammar-Nazi or anything, but it just bothers me when it gets to be ridiculous, you know? So yes. :)

I just really love the characters and how things played out and how they interacted with each other. I also thought Adam was adorable and sort of reminded me of someone I know, hehe. :) And it was pretty awesome that the setting was Italy, because I visited Italy once and really enjoyed it there. :D I'd really like to go back!

So I will end this review by saying that I'm most definitely going to vote for this in Best Chemistry on SKOW, AND I'm going to add this to my Favorite Stories list. :D Thank you so much for writing this! I'm looking forward to reading more of your work.

I'm disappointed that I just came across this now, as I think it would have been interesting to be there as you updated the chapters. But I'm still glad I stumble on this now than never.

I want to say how much I admire and aspire to be you. I cannot believe that you dedicated so much of your time and effort to this story. How did you do it? Your passion for writing and for your characters especially was evident in just about every line. I'm normally a one-shot reader, but your story was just so good that I read it from start to finish in one day. No joke. The descriptions were vivid, the plot was engaging, the dialogue was realistic. I could tell that you really cared for these characters, and after a while I started to care for them, too. Reading this was an enlightening experience.

you are an amazing author. your characters are simply wonderful. your vocabulary is so natural that it blends with your story. i really like it. i like how everything turns out in your story. no wonder your story got nominated in the skow awards. i won't even question it. if you weren't on the nominee list, then i would probably question what they were thinking of not putting you there.
