This was one of the first stories I ever read after joining this site, and it honestly set such high standards for every other story on here - and I have to say, the majority of the others on here were no competition. I've only found a few that I like as much as liked this.

Every so often, I just have a sudden urge to read this but alas, I cannot because of the selfish plagiarizers. I completely, 100% understand why you took it down. I would too if that'd happened to you after you'd kindly left it up the first time.

Basketball's my favourite sport, and romance stories are my guilty pleasure - so 'Swish' completely ticked every single hypothetical box.

I just wanted to let you know that you're such a talented author. I remember when I read it the first time (before I started writing myself), I kept thinking to myself how amazing it would be if I could produce something even half as addicting and amazing as this, and I'm not even exaggerating. I hope that, even though you took this story down from Fictionpress, you still write for yourself, because your talent and imagination would be wasted if you didn't.

I'm not going to ask you to email this story to me like others have because, honestly, I don't think you would (I wouldn't either) because even though we can give you our word about how we would cherish it, you can never be sure. Also, I don't even know if you read all of the reviews you get anymore, seeing as you have 3,397 (3,398 including this one). However, I am going to ask if you'd consider re-posting this story on a different site, one where it's impossible to copy and paste the chapters (such as ). There are so many fans (including myself) who have only good intentions at heart, nothing that would insult or hurt your feelings like plagiarizers, who'd love to have the option of reading this again. There might be someone out there who would, but personally I don't know who'd sit there and type out every single word of your story because they can't copy and paste it. Would you consider posting it somewhere where there's not option to copy it? I know that if you did, there'd be many of us who're extremely grateful.

I understand if you don't want to, and I can only respect your wishes. If you do read this though, please consider re-posting this somewhere. Please.

Have you consider trying to get this published? I know that I'd definitely be in line to buy it, and going from the amount of love you get, there are thousands of others who would too. And believe me, 'Swish' is definitely good enough to be published. It's amazing.

If you don't want to re-post this somewhere or try to get it published, I just want to wish you the best in everything you do and say that I hope you have a wonderful life and I hope you're always happy. Everyone deserves to be.

Hey so I see that uh u wrote a story and just left up the first chapter? Im not sure cause I didn't bother reading it. If that's the case I would apprecaite it if u took the whole story down. I don't think it's fair for people who have read the story and possible future reAders. Whatever the reason why u left it up, maybe pride or cause u just can't take it all down well cool I guess, but it's still not fair. I understand why you chose to take it down. Probably the usual reason is plajerism? Or people being assholes? I don't know but like I said it's not fair. If your gonna do something do it all the way. If I'm wrong and this is like a one shot that got over 3000 reviews then uh sry but I am right then I hope u take what I said into consideration

I understand that you don't want to put it up on FP again but have you ever thought about publishing it?

I'm no expert I just love to read but a lot of people think your story is amazing and by publishing it, it would give us all a chance to read it again.

It's just sad that awesome stories like yours get plagiarized. I didn't get a chance to read it but i can tell from all the reviews that it was a beautiful story. Is there any chance that I could read your story somewhere where maybe you thought it was safe to put up?

Like others, I completely agree with CZig22. Your story was beautiful, and I would really like to be able to reread it. It must have been horrifying when multiple people had plagiarized your work, so I completely understand your actions of taking the story down. But, if you ever happen to put Swish back out to the world at any time, please let me (and your other fans) know! :)

I also agree with CZig22, I read this story a while ago and I was searching through my favourites and saw the title and remembered how much I loved it and wanted to read it again. I am a writer but I wouldn't steal it, as a writer I know what it's like to be constantly scared that someone will plagiarise your work (fortunately this has never happened to me). I would absolutely love it if you could send it to some of us so we could read it again.

I just thought of it a few days ago, and decided to search it up. I was definitely disappointed to see that you'd taken it down, though not as disappointed as I'm sure you were when you saw the plagiarized copies of your story.

However, if you do decide that you'd be willing to put your work out there again (email it out to specific individuals, publish it, etc.), PLEASE let me (along with all your other fans) know!

Just reading the first chapter has me hooked. I already like your characters and the setting and plot just seem really interesting. I really wish people didn't feel the need to plagiarize, there's really no purpose. Seeing so many incredible stories from this site being taken down because of it really sucks. I've heard nothing but high praise for this story, and I was really looking forward to getting into it, but I never had the chance. I honestly think you'd have a shot at publication with this story- you're no doubt a talented author and you'd receive tons of support from all of the fans you gathered while writing this story. I hope that you find a more secure site to publish works on in the future because such amazing writing shouldn't be hidden from the world :)

Hey, I just wanted to say that I was SO super excited to come back and read this story for a third time (I'm a junkie, that's how good you are) and I am so upset that someone has plagiarized your work. It's so immature and mean-spirited! I LOVE this story- if you ever publish on a small scale I will be one of the first to buy a copy, please believe me.
