While of a decent *quality* for fanfiction, i.e. syntax, spelling, plotting, etc. this story was far too tepid to be regarded with anything but a passing interest.

Mhhm. How anticlimactic. He just forgives Derek (and presumably Wes) and stays/becomes friends with them? Oh wow. Then Donalee is also given an out...

This whole story was a bit dry for my taste. There wasn't any real plot, no real sex either (pointless M rating), and just was ugh.

At this point I really don't know who to root for...

Derek seems to have some potential, he did defend him from the bullies, but it's too early to tell.

Wes is way too insensitive. And he said it himself, he just wants someone to "screw". He also clearly doesn't care about Adrian.

The senior runner guy, total closet case... The jealousy he displayed was cute. The kiss followed by the slap, not so much.

Am I the only one that thinks Adrian's voice is a bit bland and boring? I'm not really feeling anything from his monologue.

I love this story because Adrian is really cute. but can't you make Derek and Wes pay? they blackmailed Adrian, used him (especially Wes), all in all, they were jerks. I really begin to hate Derek and Wes, and I want them suffer, not being good friends with Adrian! I know that Adrian did not fall in love with Wes, but he trusted Wes and Derek was the one who outed him, and then wham! it turns out that the reason of his suffering is those two assholes trying to mess each other by using Adrian. It really irritated me that they could escape the punishment so easily.

Adrian must be a saint for not holding grudge. If I were him, I'd castrate the both of them and feed'em to dogs. Gah. Assholes.
