Lovely. This reminds me of myself up until a couple of weeks ago...happily it seems that things are looking up, but this poem really reminded me of how it feels to be hopeless, stuck in the past...In sum: excellent work.

This certainly put a sad twist on life, but has an even sadder truth in it. It's a great poem, one of the best.

"Even without the light of your smile to guide me"
That was my favorite line in this poem. very beautifully sad. it reminded me a lot of my best friend and how I don't know her anymore but by now it is more of a happy saddness than anything.
