LOVE IT! It' so angsty! LOVE IT!

People do love you. Even if you feel as if the pain is all you have left... all you need do is look for those who do and will care for you.

This is powerful, most deinitely - the poem. Life goes on, and in the end... hope is always there. Even though it doesn't seem like it, you need to carry on.
