| Mina Carlisle chapter 1 . 7/3/2006
What a lovely poem about such a tragic period of US History. Brilliant. I always liked the Cherokee (I'm descended from them too) and the way they fought back against Andrew Jackson was brilliant. They took him to court and actually won! Too bad Jackson didn't care. I like this, very good!
| Moondog Dozier chapter 1 . 12/16/2005
accurate portrayal of a difficult subject to write about. Very much like chants of the ancestors. great perspective and ability to describe the pain and frustration

I really like this piece. I think you have captured the tragedy of the Trail of Tears spectacularly in just a few words. I must say, nicely done.
