Beautiful poem. Sad. Made me ache for this Angel, whether she is fictional or not. Very enjoyable. I loved this. It's definitely a favourite of mine. Write on!

"Her tears are shining drops of gold / As in the dark her fears unfold"

i don't know why but i read the first verse and suddenly thought: Ypres. don't know why, but that seems to fit. I can almost see her on the memorial arch in the oppressive sun like when i was there. iz x
