![]() ![]() ![]() I've reread this story about five million times. I love it. Too much. It's high time I added it to my favorites. Thank you. :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very cute. Light and fluffy, like a warm plate of buttermilk pancakes in the morning. I enjoyed it very much. Malin was very likeable, although Vasilis was kind of shallowly portrayed. It is from Malin's pov, but Vasilis could've been more fleshed out. Anyway, overall, very well written. I know you said that this was just a little piece of fluff, but if still made me want to read more of your writing. It gave me a taste of the wonder, so now I want more. |
![]() ![]() ![]() OMFG This is awesomely epically awesome! I love it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() THis story was so soothing. I doubt I've felt so peaceful from a story before... Thanks You're an awesome author and this made my weekend and I'm probably going to sleep well tonight. .. . creepy? Well, yeah, I suppose. I'll go off to think happy thoughts now... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very cute story. I loved it and it had a really good flow ) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I like Vasillis the best :) :K Bloodfeeder |
![]() ![]() ![]() The ceremony was very interesting. i really wondered how you were going to go from sacrifice to wife, but you did it in such a unique way that it didn't even remotely cross my mind that way. i like how you capture the confusion with "but i like girls!" |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is a beautiful piece. It was only a oneshot but it was as great as a novel. :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very nicely done. Bravo! |
![]() ![]() ![]() the ending, when Malin feel jealous..i can identified with his feeling..like you know that Vasilis love him but they still will be doubt whether Vasilis will forever and undyingly love him..but fortunately the second wife is Lori so she understand the situation..but you can understand the feeling of jealousy that consumes when the person you love slept with somebody else is like terrifying! but i kinda love the character Vasilis, eventhough hes like so overbearing and protective towards Malin, its just one of his way to show him that he loves him and never wanted to be separated with him..the story is kinda a bittersweet story..its bitter in the one side..but when you really understand its like sweet in the other side..so its like so great that you can do that.. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was interesting- the relationship between captive "wife" and Emperor was wel developed, and i particularly liked the description of Malin's Escape attempts. Nice. Erisah |
![]() ![]() wow. this is incredibly well-written and has a really interesting plot. *applause* however, i would've liked to see this more fully developed, perhaps as a whole series, though i do think that leaving it as a oneshot ties it all up rather nicely. i loved the first part but i thought that so much more could've been done with the six years between the first and second part. as a result, the second part seemed a bit hurried and a bit like it crammed a potential 10 chapters worth of stuff into 1 chapter's worth. (of course, when i say chapters, i'm not using your insanely long lone chapter as a standard.) i also couldn't feel the intensity of malin and vasilis's love as well as i'd hoped to. wait, why am i complaining? this was a fantastic piece, and though i'd hoped for it to be longer (so i could read more), it is still very, very good. |
![]() ![]() ![]() awesome story i loved it, Great Job, It has a certain Flawless beauty about it, and i'm glad to have read it, :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was a sweet story. Thank you for writing it. You're a very lovely writer! _ |
![]() ![]() ![]() Truth be told I think this one has an interesting plot that could be developed into a more interesting full-ledged series. The first part is great, but the second part... Hmm, I don't know, I can't quite grasp Vasilis and Malin's love. It's slightly... monotonous. At the beginning until when Malin is taken into the Temple, it's like a "carpet" being rolled out and spread wide. But then, in the second part of six years later, the "carpet" is hastily packed / compacted and rolled in, missing its chance to get further. (Am I making any sense here?) Maybe that's why Vasilis leaves no impression at all. Compared to Malin, he's pale. The ending doesn't give a happy and content feeling like it ought to. Well, of course, those are purely my own opinions. I think it's quite a pity that you didn't develop this more. |
