Reviews for Legend of Emeralds |

![]() ![]() Ah it ended! Such a great story. I rather liked the last line actually. Anyway I loved it so much! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aww. That wasn't corny.. or maybe it was, but in a good way. It was a nice, nice ending. I'm looking forward to your new stuff. ) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Once again, I just have to say that I loved this story! I'm definitely looking forward to "Chips of Emerald" and your other new stories! |
![]() ![]() ![]() OMG, I just loved it. Gorgeous, gorgeous ending. Pity about Burton, but it was good to see Katie again. Yes, do tell your Australian friends that New Zealand is better - and that comes from an Australian! Dear me, I'm quite unpatriotic, I suppose... As for my being a reviewer, I thank you for asking me to read your story. It is wonderful and I am so glad Nadia introduced me to you. I think a sequel is a great idea, but in any case I will definetly be looking out for your next two stories and for Chips of Emerald. And, FWI, the last line wasn't to corny. It just made me want to go and buy an emerald ring! |
![]() ![]() ![]() A beautiful ending to a beautiful story, m'dear! *applause* p.s. I like the corny last line *wink* |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aww. This was a strangely nice ending. It leaves things open enough for a sequel, should you decide to do one, while at the same time wrapping things up happily enough that nobody is desperate for more in a bad way (a "man, this ending was pointless and sucky!" way, that is). I'll definitely be enjoying any snippets you post. Only write a sequel if you -want- to; there's no use in forcing out more if you don't want to. And I'll also be looking forward to the other new stories you'll be posting. You're a very, very talented writer, after all, and I'm certainly going to keep up with all your works. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I simply love this chapter. And I like Philips Butler too. He is too much and so usefull. |
![]() ![]() OH MY GOD!I can't believe I've never heard of this story before!I love it! It's amazing and so well written. You are awesome! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ah, I love Burton! Just absolutely LOVE him! But I do hope he was only half serious about that 'Keep out of my way' remark...So ... does this mean that Katie will be coming back soon? But I can't help feeling something rotten is going to happen soon ... like you said, happiness in more than one chapter in a row is unnatural!I loved this chapter, but, gods, it was quite short! Not complaining, just for my being Australian ... Sigh, it's not that great. I find it to be very cut off and dull. I've never been to New Zealand, but I know people from there and I LOVE the accents. It sounds Beautiful over there, and I could give and forgive Beauty thanks for the compliment on Oscar Wilde. He's a gem - I adore him. I pity his life, but I adore him. Sadly for me, everyone I know is hideoulsy homophobic and doesn't like him. Anyway -Loved the chapter, but it was a little short. Can't wait to find out what happens next. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow, I can't believe you are going to be ending the story so soon! *cries* These two guys are really lucky. Things could have been so much worse for them. They are fortunate to have so many people around who don't discriminate against them. It's also very nice of Philip to invite Katie along. If only some people were as nice in real life . . . I'll be awaiting the next chapter! |
![]() ![]() ![]() What a sweet chapter. Can't wait for the epilogue! ) |
![]() ![]() ![]() *happy little dance* Things are going well, considering that they're about to be horribly disgraced in the eyes of the public. I hope that Katie's reaction isn't terrible-I don't think it will be, but I've been wrong before... I still love Burton, by the way. I mean, even if he's a bit of the stereotypical do-everything-know-everyone servant... well... I'm sure that's the stereotype for a reason, after all. *nods* Anyways, I'm definitely looking forward to the epilogue. *smiles* |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm almost kind of sad that its going to end but it has been a complete joy to read! I'm still anxious of course despite my sorrow at its end, some kind of conclusion is needed but yeah. Maybe I'll just read it over again if I miss it haha! . Anyway, another great chapter and nothing less of brilliant work from the author! . |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow. That was sad. But I konw what you mean - extenede happiness *is* unnatural! But poor Philip! His father was such a bastard to him. But those were the times, I suppose. I must say, I liked the way you pulled this chapter off with a bit of humour in the background. "Yes, Father, we all know the words!" - loved , congrats on the correct spelling of gaol. I come from Australia, and even though it's a British colony of sorts, everyone I know insists on pretending to be American. Oscar Wilde was right when he said (in the Ghost of Canterville) "We have really everything in common with America nowadays except, of course, language."Anyway ... yeah, really good chapter. That's a little sad about Katie, but oh well. I'll have to read the companions. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hm...Europe does sound interesting. Philip is certainly a bold guy and I'm glad he stood up to his father. It takes a lot of courage to do something like that but Philip has proved himself again and again throughout the story. I would assume that's why everyone likes him so much. I do have to wonder what Katie would have to say to all of this, though. I'll be looking forward to the next chapter! |
