![]() ![]() ![]() Oh this is wrapping up? How sad. I feel like I've been reading it for so long. Are you going to start something else after? I'm glad Philip is standing up to his father. I think it's worth it for David. And seeing him do that for him, maybe David won't be scared anymore that he's not really in love with him. It sucks that they have to run off to Europe but yeah. Update soon please! D |
![]() ![]() ![]() i truly love this story~ hope you update soon~ |
![]() ![]() ![]() It wouldn't be as fun if there wasn't any trouble for them would it ? Si, will the father explode in anger and do something stupide or will he try to keep all this a secret ? Or even better, jump at Philip's neck while shouting "My son, I'm so proud of you" just kidding :P Well as you seems to have more than one trick in you hat I will wait for the next chapter and see. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Uh oh! That was a really evil cliffy! In a way, I'm glad that you're showing some of Philip's family (what a thing to say at the end of this chapter, I know) but honestly, I just can't see how they are going to get out of this situation. It's just one of those situations in which I' d like to die of shock, embarrassment and suspense just like the characters in the story probably would! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh! Drama! I really liked this chapter, too. Just when everything gets all nice and happy for Philip and David somebody has to come and mess it up. It sucks but I guess when someone watches a lot of Disney as a kid they always expect a sad beginning where one of the parent dies and then a big search for something and then unexpected love with a great ballad and montage and then a happily ever after! Maybe I'm being pessimistic, but I don't think that your story will be that exactly that way and yet I am still enjoying it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh no! That's terrible - they were so happy, and ... argh! I mean, that chapter was *love* and then... oh well. I just hope that Philip's father isn't like David's!Speaking of David's family, is Katie coming back? I missed her this chapter...But, really ... well done. This chapter was so nice and, I dunno, fluffy or something, with the inuendo and the valet and all. Perfect set up to flip the scales and introduce us the Philip's father. Well done. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Dun dun duh! O.O Oh no! hehe, is it weird to be excited about these turns of events? Well I hope they can get pass this obstacle, I doubt the Duke of Westbury will take things lightly. Another beautiful chapter *applause* I wonder what's going to happen next! . *gets all hyped up* |
![]() ![]() ![]() You know, it's just infinitely CRUEL to introduce a complication four paragraphs away from the end of such a -pleasant- chapter! *sighs* I suppose it's fine, though. At least this chapter was ALMOST angst-free. *smiles* Lovely job, dear, and I shall (of course!) be looking forward to the next update. Oh, and also: I like Burton. Hee hee. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, shit! That's Philip's dad, right? That does not portend well. (whoa, I just said "portend.") S ! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Cute. Well, everything seems to go well and it will probably even get better than it was before everything started. So I'm happy too. As long as you don't decide to make them suffer till the end of the story and that this was just a break for them. But you're not that evil. Are you ? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, god, that was emotionally draining. But it seems like things are working out well, for the minute. But why did Philip tell Katie David's secrets? David will go spare if he finds out! Please do something good for Katie - I'm not sure I like her but I feel sorry for her. How can anyone not feel sorry for her? But she's quite smart - I never realised just how smart she really is until I read this about the chapter ... yeah, really well done. You've just put so much in here and it's done so well. I still love your writing style. Good job again. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hallo, Dreddeh introduced me to this story so I thought I'd take a looksie and I just finished the latest chapter. I must say, I liked the writing style from the beginning. xD I must express regress at there being no sex scene, ahaha. ;_; I do like Katie, despite what she did. She's young and sheltered, and I liked her from the beginning when she was a sweet little girl. I mean, yes, what she did to Philip and David was rather... mean, but realistic. I think David was being a bit harsh on her, though. I also thought that from the moment we meet her. It's interesting, because David feels he has to love her out of duty and feels resentment because of that, but if he stopped loving her out of duty long enough to truley love her... I think they'd quite get along. For the mosty part, she's a sweet girl. I love Philip - the eternal optimist. I couldn't decide whether I liked David or Philip more, but I think I've decided on Philip for the moment. He's just so sweet and funny and... well, Philip. xD Anyway, this is a very good story - I was dubious, I'm very picky and not in the reading mood so much these days, but I enjoyed. Keep up the good work! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aww. ) I'm so glad Katie has come to terms with it. Write more soon please ) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I do love this chapter, thank you! Actually I love all the chapters and look forward to the conclusion of this beautiful tale. *two thumbs up* Hehe, great work! And congrats on finishing your exams. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I was unable to resist the overwhelming urge to go 'Aw' at the end. So, um, that's a good thing? I really like Katie as well because she is so human and you've shown nicely how love can triumph. Now, if only every person like Katie would wise up and realise that homosexuality isn't as much of a sin as they would like to think it is. Then it really would be a happy ending. Ah yes, but I'm meant to be reviewing (though, you should be used to my tangents by now). I thought this was an excellent chapter, and hopefully all the Katie-Haters will start to realise that hating her is no better than her hating Phillip and David's love for each other. I really like Phillip, too, he's developed a lot more depth through the progression of the story. (I'd add something about David but we didn't see much of him this time around). Although, I should add, the conversation between Aunt Selina and Katie made me laugh. You write this era very well. And I will bore everyone to tears, no doubt, by telling them again to read this story. Another chapter well done. |
