This was incredible. I was stunned from the moment I read the first two lines. This may be my favorite peice from you. Short, but brilliant. Going into my favorites.

And thank you SO MUCH for reviewing part of my story. You don't know how much that means to me. Yes, it is rather long, and I never really expected to get any reviews for it at all. But I'm glad you liked what you read, and if you get the time sometime, maybe you can read the rest of it, but absolutely no pressure. Thanks again.

That's a beautiful poem, only one little thing I would mention: "Colored in the most darkest black" you can't say "most darkest" and get away with it ;P You could actually just do away with the word "most" without even upsetting the flow. But beyond that little grammatical whoopsies, this is an absolutely brilliant piece. I love how the rose represents the story, without being tied to it with a direct metaphor. Great job; keep it up ;P
