i think that this poem is bitter and beautiful!

That's deep. I could never hope to write something like this. This poem has meaning... a reason. Which is good, really. I'm interested to what it's actually about, though. It seems to be a mixture. Then again, who am I to say so?

You use the harsh imagery- light imagery contrast very well. It adds to the conflicted-torn aspects of this. Well written.

"A vortex of lies and bitter sweet love" - you know, if you could just turn that into a haiku or something it would stand on its own. i feel it carried the entire poem on its own. but i really like the imagery here, the desolate kind of feeling, & the word choice you used for a mire-type world. you get a sense of isolation, hopelessness, when you read this, which is perfect. good job.
