Have you ever watched this movie called "Push"? I swear, while I was re-reading this story, I felt like I was watching that movie minus the vampires, demons, and witches of course. They have humans who were born with special abilities like these people. Some of them are pushers who can push a thought into your head while other are watchers, they see the future. I looked up what year that movie was made and google says it was made in 2009. Isn't it such a coincidence that your story has similar terms to that movie? It's like the screen writer read your story and got inspired or something. If you've never watched it, you should. You'd be surprised at the similarities I'm reading and connecting here.

I really liked the bantering. And Kate was quite realistic (as realistic you can be as a sort of vampire of course ).

Kate & Torres were cute and I liked Jessica and Calc.

I absolutely loved this fic, especially as I had just finished a long boring one. The fast pace was refreshingly good, without the story veering too much towards pell-mell. I only wish the conflict (vanquishing evil Antonio antagonist) could have been drawn out a little bit more (so we could enjoy more Damien-Kate action interaction. Haha!).

Your take on the vampire lore is also refreshingly unique, with the recessive genes and females having awesome powers. I normally don't like vampire stories, but you are in the few exceptions just because of the great premise! In a saturated vampire world market, your new perspective is really great!

However, I do feel that the main characters were not that developed, in such that you could have told so much more to us readers of their history. The great background stories were already there, so fleshing them out a little more wouldn't have hurt.

But really, over all, this fic ROCKS! I am now going on to read the rest of the series. And could I just point out how unfair that Calc is only now getting his love story with Jessica at Story 4? They were here already at Story 1! Why the wait? Haha. So please, please update Y I Hate Vampires soon.

This was a really nice read. I loved every part of it. I must apologise beforehand that this review won't be so long; I usually write more than this. I am absolutely tired, but I had to finish this! Your writing was smooth as always and you had extremely likeable characters. I'd totally die to be Damien/Kaitlyn. And damn Damien is smokin haha. Ok cheers! I read this story two days ago, but I wanted to finish the whole trilogy (or saga?) to review.

First of all, I have no words. Really. The story was very VERY good. I don't usually like vampire stories (I'm not a big fan of twilight), but you did make me fall in love with your story and the characters.

I loved how you developed your characters in the story. There was not a moment where I hated or wanted to strangle the main character, which is really rare. Mostly at some point I really dislike the main character(s) of the story I'm reading, but with this story there were no such moments.

I also love endearments. So I really REALLY loved how Damien called Kaitlyn "querida."

The plot itself was really interesting. It was romanceactionadventure, which I completely adore. I also loved some of the juicy parts of the story (you know what I mean?).

The only objection I have is that the story just finished so quickly :D:D:D Maybe it's because I read it in couple of hours, but still. I felt as if it finished when it started. (I'm again being confusing). Anyways, I was really happy to find out that there was a SECOND and a THIRD part of the series already written and completed and the FOURTH one was in progress.

I wish you all the best and I'm hoping you'll update your FOURTH story soon. :)

AW! I loved it! I know I've totally gushed like a bobbleheaded teenager-which I am usually not-but I can't not! You're a fantastic writer and I applaude you. I plan to read the rest of your works and have high hopes. There is no doubt in my mind that they will be fantastic. Keep writing, no matter the supernatural creature.

My only suggestion to you is that, maybe you should explain Kate's ward thingy a bit more in the actual story. Other than that, I have zero complaints!
